Orientation

The LinguaPalooza Orientation is the first step to participate in the contest. It consists of the following:

A video orientation which will cover

• Consent and Background Surveys
• Walkthrough of the Contest
• Overview of Resources
• Goal Setting

And an in-person meeting which will include

• Question and Answer with the Director
• Initial Meetup with Other Contestants

The video orientation will be available here on the this page to view at any time during the week preceding and following the in-person meeting. It will also be shown at the beginning of the in-person meeting.

While completion of the video orientation is mandatory for participation in the contest, we strongly recommend attending the in-person meeting as it will allow you more easily make connections with other participants.

The contest will begin the Saturday following the in-person meeting.
